കോഴിക്കോട്: പേരാമ്പ്രയില്‍ ജീവകാരുണ്യ പ്രവര്‍ത്തനം നടത്തുന്ന സൊസൈറ്റിയുടെ പേരില്‍ പണം പിരിച്ച് ലക്ഷങ്ങളുടെ തട്ടിപ്പ്. വീടുകയറി പിരിവ് നടത്താനായി ജീവനക്കാരെ നിയോഗിച്ചാണ് പണം തട്ടിയത്. തിരുവനന്തപുരത്തുള്ള സ്വപ്നക്കൂട് എന്ന ചാരിറ്റബിള്‍ സൊസൈറ്റിയുടെ കോഴിക്കോട് ജില്ലയിലെ പ്രവര്‍ത്തനങ്ങള്‍ക്കെന്ന പേരിലാണ് പതിനായിരം രൂപ ശമ്പളത്തില്‍ നന്‍മണ്ട സ്വദേശി ശ്രീജയുള്‍പ്പെടെ പത്തൊമ്പതോളം പേരെ ജോലിക്ക് നിയോഗിച്ചത്.
വീടുകള്‍ കയറിയിറങ്ങി പണപ്പിരിവ് നടത്താനായിരുന്നു ഇവര്‍ക്ക് കിട്ടിയ നിര്‍ദേശം. ആലപ്പുഴ സ്വദേശി ഹാരിസും പെരുവയല്‍ സ്വദേശി സമീറയുമാണ് ഈ ജോലിയേല്‍പ്പിച്ചതെന്ന് ഇവര്‍ പറയുന്നു. ഇതിനായി സ്വപ്നക്കൂടിന്റെ പേരിലുള്ള റസീറ്റും ഹാരിസിന്‍റെ ഗൂഗിള്‍ പേ നമ്പറുമാണ് നല്‍കിയത്. ഒരു വര്‍ഷത്തിലധികം പണപ്പിരിവ് തുടര്‍ന്നു. ഓരോ ജീവനക്കാരും ദിവസം മൂവായിരം രൂപ വരെ ആളുകളില്‍ നിന്നും പിരിച്ചിരുന്നു.

ഇതിനിടെ സംശയം തോന്നിയ ചില ആളുകള്‍ തിരുവനന്തപുരത്തെ സ്വപ്നക്കൂട് ഓഫീസിലേക്ക് വിളിച്ചപ്പോഴാണ് പണം പിരിക്കാന്‍ ആരേയും ഏല്‍പ്പിച്ചിട്ടില്ലെന്ന് വ്യക്തമായത്. ഹാരിസ് ചാരിറ്റബിള്‍ സൊസൈറ്റിയുടെ സെക്രട്ടറിയാണെന്നും സ്ഥാപനത്തിന്‍റെ പ്രവര്‍ത്തനങ്ങള്‍ക്കായി ആരേയും പണം പിരിക്കാന്‍ ഏല്‍പ്പിച്ചിട്ടില്ലെന്നുമാണ് സ്വപ്നക്കൂടിന്റെ പ്രസിഡന്‍റിന്‍റെ വിശദീകരണം. പണം പിരിക്കാന്‍ ജീവനക്കാരെ നിയോഗിച്ചിട്ടില്ലെന്നും അവര്‍ സ്വമേധയാ പിരിച്ചതാകാമെന്നുമാണ് സൊസൈറ്റി സെക്രട്ടറി ഹാരിസിന്‍റെ വാദം.
